1 . Some theorists contend that the phrase "business ethics" creates an inherent contradiction. How would you explain the importance of adhering to ethical standards in the professional world while still maintaining the corporate and profit interests necessary to sustain businesses? Provide ONE (1) point in your discussion. (5 Marks)

2. Utilitarian ethics is often described as the "greatest good for the greatest numbed'. Locate an article or case study in which the "greatest good" for the majority simultaneously causes enormous harm to a minority of individuals. Based on the case study, suggest what you might do differently using ONE (1) ethical principle as your guideline. (5 Marks)
3. Some theorists, such as Herbert Spencer, supports free market systems in order to promote survival and prosperity of the strongest individuals and businesses.
   1. Does Social Darwinism lead to a stronger society? Explain. (2 Marks)
   2. Explain ONE (1) ethical implication of a hands-off system that provides no government intervention to those in economic need. (3 Marks)

4. Conduct an investigation into the prolific nature of targeted advertising. Using online research, carry out TEN (10) web searches using a specific category of interest or hobby. Then, visit social media, and other websites that include advertisements. Document the number of times an advertisement appears that matches your original search subjects. Discuss your findings and perspectives on this method of marketing. (10 Marks)
