The Logistics team will have to develop warehousing strategies with layouts and designs that support cost saving objectives as well as storage system that will minimise the handling of the goods. The storage system should be focusing on movement and not storage.

Effective packaging of different brands of water, beverages, food must be considered.

The packaging of any product should be cost efficient, light in weight, and strong enough to handle the rigours of international transportation as well as environmental changes and technological innovations.

The packaging process should consider inputs from end-users.
