Elmac Pty Ltd operates in the manufacturing sector, the organisation has developed a culture that is innovative, engaging, agile and committed to continuous improvement. The organisation manufactures car parts for the worlds biggest automotive brands. Elmac is an organisation that values their employees and believe that their recruitment and selection process allows the organisation to employ candidates that are the right organisational fit. The emphasis is using the right selection tools to employ employees which are aligned to the vision and mission of the organisation. In the quest to attract and retain employees that are high performers the organisation is mindful that the selection process must be aligned to the employment law such as the Employment Equity Act and the Labour Relations Act.
