During the evaluation of the Business Strategy that is just coming to an end, where management will also be shaping the development of a new five (5) year business strategy for the Cresta Group, where you just got hired as a Marketing Manager, the facilitator requests you to lead a team that will be focusing on the assessment of the Cresta Group SWOT Analysis. You are the team leader and are required to discuss in detail what your teams role will be so that you are guided where there is a need. However, because another team will be required to also discuss the SWOT analysis, you can only focus on any three (3) elements of SWOT that your team will be looking at. That is, you are supposed to discuss only three (3) elements of SWOT analysis for the purpose of the exercise. (15 marks) B. During a Marketing management class when you are teaching about how one can own a business, one of your students asks, (i)what is Franchising really? Whilst you are just about to explain what Franchising means, another students raises her hand and asks another question,....(ii)what is meant by Joint Ownership or a Merger?
