The company intends to scout for new growth markets to enhance its businesses to achieve the growth in terms of sales and profits as the present markets found to be infested with new competitors who led to the decline of the company's market share. The new competitors provided a high quality watches with attractive prices to target the consumers who look for luxury watches at affordable prices. This strategy attracted the existing customers of the company which made a big dent in the company's sales, profit, and eventually the market share. Hence, the company wishes to find the new lucrative markets and selected the Asia as a next growth market for its company to venture. The initial research on the growth markets of Asia reveals that UAE and neighboring GCC markets would prove to be high potential growth markets for the company to begin its business. UAE proved to be one of the luxury intensive markets, thus the company decides to commence its business in UAE.
