Section C - (Delict) - Question 3 Jonny Snow and his girlfriend Kalessi McTavish were having a meal at the 'Dragons Inn Hotel'. After drinking some 'Fizzy Popp' Kalessi began to feel quite unwell and on inspection realised the bottle contained a decomposing mouse. Kalessi suffered severe gastro enteritis which ruined the rest of their evening. Jonny and Kalessi complained to the restaurant manager who said 'it's not my problem mate' but did offer them a replacement 'Fizzy Popp' and a mint with coffee. Jonny was furious and stormed off leaving poor Kalessi at the restaurant alone. The restaurant manager did eventually take pity on Kalessi and gave her the name of the manufacturers of 'Fizzy Popp' but that just led to Kalessi feeling even more confused.
