styles and different desires in the workplace; and it seeks acceptance and

tolerance for these differences in order to create a healthy and productive

workplace.

Scenario: Company ABC prides itself on promoting a culture of acceptance and

inclusion. For the past two decades, the company has been on a quest to adhere

to diversity policies in order for everyone to feel comfortable and reach their full

potential in the workplace. However, a situation has arisen where an employee has

made derogatory comments about another colleague's religious beliefs. This has

left the targeted employee feeling upset and demotivated.
