A waiter takes an order at a table, and then enters it on a computer. The order is routed to a printer in the kitchen. A customer's meal check-listing (bill) the items ordered and the respective prices are automatically generated. When the kitchen runs out of a food item, the cooks send out an 'out of stock message to the waiter who must return to the table and ask the customer from a replacement item, which is entered in the order that was in progress. Once all items are entered, the completed order goes to the kitchen terminal. Within 15 minutes, the kitchen prepares the food and the food is served by the waiter. The waiter returns to the table to ask the customer if they need anything else. If the customer needs something, a new item is added to the order. When the customer finishes their meal, the waiter brings the bill. The customer pays the bills either cash, by credit card or by gift card. The waiter takes the payment and issue a receipt and provide changes if the bill is paid cash. The customer is presented with a feedback card they may decide to complete. The waiter wishes the customer good day. End
