operations improvement, and only use a firm which has obvious flaws or

failures in operations management. You are halfway there after you have

- Weekly Homework Assignments:

1. For you to master this course well, when you weekly homework

assignments, you must follow below instructions, otherwise you will have no

chance to be graded into A category. A late submitted assignment cannot be

graded into A category neither.

Short Essay Questions

The homework assignments (except math questions) in this class are short essay

questions rather than short answer questions. The structure of your answer must

be in three sections: Introduction Section, Body Section and Conclusion Section.

Therefore, your answer for each question should be at least three paragraphs. If

the question has couple of sub-questions, answer them one by one in separated

paragraphs in the Body Section.
