Answer: The qualities I possess which would make me a good manager includes various things like active listening, good communicate skills, being flexible and collaboration within the team members, and being able to solve difficult problems, building trust within team by supporting and understanding them. These traits are very crucial for getting multicultural teams to work together and for multicultural society as a whole. It is also important to have understanding and emotional well being. The manager I had in the past was motivating me to go forward by listening and helping me how to work in the future. To boost the team's energy and motivation, I also want to learn more about how to handle conflicts, decision making and creating a supportive environment.
