Also make a Gantt Chart for implementation and setting up the plant.

Students are advised to write at least 7 pages, covering all aspects of the assignment, giving detailed assumptions and justifications. The concepts of PESTLE and SWOT should be applied specifically to the company, the product, the market and the country you have chosen. Marks are also dependent on the analysis of the internal and external business environment, explaining the factors responsible, and the detail, depth, and quality of recommendations.
