The project you choose should not be one featured in the class presentation slides posted on the course website. Describe the key characteristics of the project (size, value, building type, etc.), and explain why you think the procurement method used has been chosen. Hint: When considering the reasons why the procurement path has been chosen, refer to those key attributes you believe relevant to the project (e.g., completion time, time certainty, cost certainty, technical complexity, flexibility in design, high quality design, risk allocation to Contractor etc.).
