and prepare an analytical report in which you will critically evaluate, analyse, discuss and

comment on th ekey ethical and or legal issues and concepts highlighted in this case.

REPORT must attempt:

An analysis of the industry and the position of your company in that industry. You are not required

to undertake an in depth financial analysis but must show an understanding of the business

environment and relevant metrics to situate your company in the industry.

A critical appraisal of the background of the ethical issues/ dilemma, clearly outlines and shows

understanding of the key decisions made or actions taken and demonstrates how the decisions

or actions impacted the companys fortunes/

Finally, report must attempt to make recommendation of alternate legal and and ethical decisions or

actions supported by your earlier analysis and suitable for your company. You should close

with a reasoned conclusion and summary.
