select a service provided by a business or organization you are already familiar with. In it, I expect you to understand the flaws in the current systems and have a much more creative solutions to some of the challenges you see in that service or process design.

Remember, to start your submission you must baseline the current process or system. This allows you, as an Operations Manager, to see where you can make improvements. Those improvements can be quantified, documented and measured for management.
