Select an entity either real one or create one by yourself and undertake the following as your capstone project:

1. Select at least 5 items
2. Prepare a procurement plan
3. Base on the knowledge acquired concerning procurement cycle, undertake a procurement cycle based on the selected items, and indicate where you will add value as a Procurement Specialist for the organization

- Identify some challenges you might encounter and recommend was to overcome them.

1. Identify which item you think your organization should outsource and why should the outsourcing be done. Advice the appropriate process for the Outsourcing to be done effectively.
2. By the risk management process identify some risks and how it would be managed.

Note:

• At the tendering stage choose one procurement method for this purpose.
• Select based on the strategic goal of the organization the appropriate contract to apply.
• Wordcount should be 2,500 (+/- 10%).
