Apply Black, Text $1,$ Lighter $50\%($second column$)$ fill color.

Select cells A$1$:B$2$ and use Center Across Selection.

Increase the font size for cells A$1$:B$2$ to $16.$

Center the sheet horizontally.

Insert a header with the file name in the right section.

Press Ctrl$+$Home.
