2. Explanatory Note on Research Process It explains your research process, i.e. the type of sources you have looked at, used and discounted, and the reasons why.
3. Primary Research Report It must include the following sub-sections (in the order as listed):
a. Outline the tech giant’s origins and its major achievements in technological advancements and public engagement;
b. Highlight the major scandals and criticisms experienced by the tech giant since its beginnings, and identify the top three major scandals and criticisms in the last ten years;
c. Examine the causes of the top three scandals and criticisms and discuss how the tech giant has addressed those incidents and related issues;
d. Briefly compare the tech giant’s achievements, strengths and weakness with those of a fellow tech giant competitor (*must be from a different country);
