Team Member #1 (Administration Team Leader) - Your team leader who leads all administrative tasks of the organisation and assists your team with your training and tasks. They ensure that each team member is fully prepared to handle their own tasks by training and onboarding them and ensure that workloads are properly coordinated and disseminated to the team. They oversee each team member's performance every month. They are planning to implement a brilliant marketing campaign to increase enrolments that involves giving away promos and free trials be to potential clients. Team Member #1 is highly motivated in ensuring that clients achieve their goals by promoting methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies. Team Member #1 is the recent recipient of "Best Personal Trainer" Award.
