Select two of these case studies from the chapter:

• Case 1 - EEOC v. Consolidated Service System(p. 209)
• Case 2 -National Treasury Employees Union v. Von Raab(p. 211)
• Case 3 -Coats v. Dish Network(p. 213)

Prepare a review of each of the two case studies that you selected, addressing:

• Summary of the key points of the case
• Description of the employment laws that were relevant in the case
• Analysis of the courts' decisions, including the initial court and the court(s) of appeals, where applicable

Each case study summary should cover at least one double-spaced page of content.

Limit your direct quotation of content from course materials or other research; you should be writing in your own words, describing your understanding of the case and the relevant legal principles. Use citations and References in APA 7.0 style to demonstrate where you learned about these concepts. Every case study should include citations and a Reference for the textbook at a minimum, with external research helping to earn more points.
