1. Select two research topics from the assignment learning outcomes listed in the introduction to this assignment after you should be able to. For each workshop, use only the outcomes applicable to that workshop when selecting research topics.
   1. The first outcome in every workshop is a faith integration outcome, which integrates concepts of the workshop with an understanding of those same or similar concepts from a Christian worldview.
   2. This outcome will be part of Paragraph Two in the two individual annotated bibliography entries, as noted in the preceding content requirements for Paragraph Two. However, you may also select an entire article that specifically integrates Christian worldview as well for one of the required annotated bibliography entries.
2. Research articles are to be at least three to five pages in length. Select research articles from any journal identified in the following list of select journals. Only those journals listed may be used for obtaining research articles. Any one of the following journals may be retrieved electronically through IWUs Off-Campus Library Service (OCLS), with preference for more recent articles (those published within the last two to three years). 3. For each of three workshops, Workshop Two through Workshop Four, you will complete a total of two annotated bibliographies, comprising a course total of six bibliographies. Read the articles; then write the two annotated bibliography entries. Include both bibliography entries in a single submission document.
4. The annotated bibliographies are to be written using proper APA edition format and proper mechanics. Refer to the assignment rubric. A title page is required. A reference page is not required because the reference information is to head each bibliography entry. For questions on APA Style, go to the APA Style Guide.
5. Requirements: All content requirements listed here are to be included in the corresponding sections (that is, reference and paragraphs one, two, and three) for each of the two annotated bibliography entries that are submitted.

      1. Includes reference for selected article.
      2. Research article is from any journal identified in the list of select journals.
      3. Article selected correlates with one of the current Workshop Outcomes.
      4. Article is at least three to five pages in length.
   2. Paragraph One
      1. Writes a substantive summary of article (not a replication of abstract).
      2. Names the topic(s) addressed in the article.
      3. Defines the topic(s) addressed in the article.
      4. Identifies key points made in the article.
   3. Paragraph Two
      1. Explains why this topic is relevant to human resource management.
      2. Makes the following connections:
      3. Correlates the topic to one or more of the current workshop outcomes.
      4. Identifies any new or reinforced concepts that tie to or integrate with the textbook(s) or other sources used in this course or prior courses.
      5. States the implications of the topic from a Christian worldview, includes scripture.
   4. Paragraph Three
      1. Provides analysis and opinion of the topic.
      2. States what areas are capable of immediate application, personally or professionally.
      3. Identifies areas of agreement or disagreement.
      4. Identifies favorite quote and/or a new term to add to a growing lexicon.
      5. Lists one or more questions that remain for future inquiry.
      6. Identifies a topic or resource lead that article provided which would support future research (for example, referenced article, website, film, clip, or book).
