Selecting and evaluating eDiscovery software is an important process for any firm. Legal technology can help the firm run smoothly and having a great eDiscovery software adds to that. The main underlying problem when choosing eDiscovery software is the learning curve it may have in order to run it effectively, data security risks, and ensuring that the ethical obligations associated with eDiscovery practices are fulfilled.
