Selecting and Researching a Topic

Please provide three ideas to consider regarding rule of law development that may be used for the final Research Memorandum to be completed for my capstone project.Conduct preliminary research to learn more about each topic.Create a list prioritizing the three with the first listed being the topic. provide your list, briefly describe each topic, and describe the process and resources you used to learn about your topic.With each topic, briefly state the research method and scholarly approach you would use for your selected topic and explain why. Include, with this assignment, any potential research challenges.
