send a mail to a property agent quiring why did they deduct money from the rent that was paid by the tenant ,the amount to be paid to myself was R10200 and the money was broken down to R7680,R2000 for electricity and 940 for utilities ,why is the electricity and utility deducted from me why did i get R7680 for rental instead of R10200.
