Imagine you are a project manager in an organization. You can be the CEO of a firm, a government official, a university administrator or some other character that you are familiar with. Now, you are going to initiate a specific project that has something to do with the Covid-19 pandemic, or just in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Please first determine the character you become, and then simply describe your project. After that, try to elaborate possible problems/difficulties that you are likely to encounter during the development of the project as well as how you intend to resolve them, according to what you have learnt from this course
