You have been asked to present to the Executive Management of the IDT your first $100$ days plan and have been asked to specifically indicate your views regarding how you shall go about with instituting the executive support function. You have been asked to place emphasis on who do you consider to be your customers and how do you intend structuring your day to day engagements with them, while ensuring that they deliver on unit objectives.
