To develop a thorough understanding of service blueprinting by analyzing the service

process for a service company of your choice and graphically capturing the process in an

electronic document.

Directions

Your assignment is to seek out a local service provider,you should Pick a brand that

needs help with their service process. Ideally, pick a brand that has bad or lacks services

marketing effort.

Requirements (100 points in total)

Graphical Portion of Service Blueprint

This assignment allows you to demonstrate (a) an understanding of the blueprint

concepts and (b) an ability to apply them in looking at a specific service

provider. Each blueprint should include the components

including:

all separation lines should be clearly labeled

arrows to indicate the order of activities and how they are connected to each other

at least four pieces of physical evidence (more is probably better)

at least four customer actions (more is probably better)

at least four on-stage employee actions (more is probably better)

at least four back-stage employee actions (more is probably better)

at least four distinct support processes (more is probably better)

at least four potential fail points in the service delivery process.
