inputs the number of flowers that should be in the flower bed, as a minimum, and prints

the minimum number of flowers that should be on each side. Since the sides of the

flower bed are all equal, a single number will be printed. All numbers of flowers should

be integers: there are no fractional flowers in the flower bed!
