SH Co., as in Question 1 and 2, has been using a small accounting package to manage its enterprise accounting transactions and processes since 2008. However, its package has not been updated to the latest version released by its vendor in 2015. Its database server tends to run slowly. (b) After reviewing several key vendors and their packages, you decided to recommend the Microsoft Dynamics package for Singapore and the regional countries’ offices. Based on the vendor’s recommendation, you decided to adopt the Big Bang approach for the implementation.
