read pages 3-8 and 257-259. Like the B Corp assignment above, pick a firm-stakeholder relationship that you care about - perhaps one you are writing your Stakeholder Relationship project about. On pages 9-18, try to find some Resolutions that are relevant to that firm-stakeholder relationship. Pick one resolution you will discuss on this assignment for and answer the following:

1. Read the full resolution filed with a specific firm and summarize it in about a paragraph.

2. what was your general reaction to the resolution.

3. What is the status of the resolution (pgs. 9-18). Describe what this status means in plain terms. Does the firm appear to be taking the filer's concerns seriously?

4. Report the organization that is the lead resolution filer (pgs. 260-278) and do some research on that organization. Does this additional information suggest the firm is more or less likely to take the resolution seriously?

5. Discuss what you learned from this assignment.
