Great post! I agree that better communication is definitely a key factor in resolving conflict with any grievance. I think the idea of setting up meetings with management can hopefully help the employee speak their mind and say what is on their mind without fear of losing their job or benefits. Management is in charge of ensuring that investigations are being conducted when issues and conflicts do arise. The more communication that occurs then better employee retention rates can happen along with a better environment for everyone too. Outside of communication and setting up meetings, do you think there should be policies and rules that protect the status of the employee when a grievance related issue comes up? Awesome discussion post!
