This simple generator is created to find the meeting event which is held on TODAY from

your daily planner and send the reminder to all the meeting members. There are three components listed as follows, reminder.sh: This is the script you need to implement member.data: This is the database used for storing events information template.email: This is the template of your reminder By implementing the script, you will need to go through the following steps. 1. Define the path of member.data and template.email in order to look up the database and modify the email. 2. Get todays date. 3. Find the event and the corresponding members info, i.e. First name, last name and email address. 4. Loop through all the selected events. 5. Get the full name of meeting member and his/her email address. 6. Modify the content of the file template.email by replacing __FULLNAME__ with the members name and replacing __Project__ with the meeting title. 7. Send the email to members email address. Note To test the script, you should modify one or two records by changing its email address to your own email address.
