Shipper$/$Receiver $$ Group $1$

Unload shipments, ensuring accurate quantities are received and record shortages, overages and damages

Pick and pack orders. This includes: counting, weighing, and wrapping skid loads for shipment and applying labels showing correct amount, part numbers, and destination

Load outbound orders, maintaining accuracy and productivity standards

Process dealer parts orders through various shipping systems

Assist in the moving and relocating of parts within the Parts Distribution Centre $($PDC$)$

Ensure product is staged in a neat, organized manner

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift $($electric or propane$)$ and $/$or other equipment required in the shipping receiving function and arranging for such maintenance service to equipment as required.

Maintain cleanliness throughout the PDC

This role will require you to be constantly on the move for an $8-10-$hour shift

Ability to lift$/$carry up to $50$lbs

Ability to stand, bend, lift and$/$or reach for extended periods of time

INSTRUCTIONS

Your health & safety consulting company has been hired by Falkor Industries Inc. to conduct a Training Needs Assessment. Falkor Industries Inc. manufactures and distributes a product of your choice. Currently the company has a very limited training program however as they are attempting to achieve ISO $45001$ certification, and a robust training program is required. In addition, you have been informed that numerous incident reports have been filed over the past year and some have resulted in injures with lost time. Furthermore, some workers who do return to work are not able to work to $100\%$ capacity of the jobs that they previously occupied.
