Short Writing-Instruction/Procedure Evaluation For this assignment, you will be writing a memo that evaluates the effectiveness of a set of instructions (or a process explanation). To start, find the instructions for an item (a printer, a coffee machine, a wi-fi router, a video doorbell, etc.). Note: The item should be something that has some degree of difficulty to it - in other words, something like a hammer which requires a user to "1. Hold the hammer, 2. Swing the hammer" is not a good option. Reading the instructions and then take some notes on the instructions, being sure to evaluate the document based upon what you have learned from class (the Process Explanations and Instructions lecture, etc.). From these notes, you will produce a memo to Natasha Fordham who wrote the instructions. In this scenario, you are Natasha's supervisor and are using the memo to evaluate the instructions' effectiveness as well as to evaluate the overall job Natasha has done since you are responsible for evaluating her work. Use your memo as a means of complimenting the job she has done and/or offering suggestions to her. Remember to continue to utilize the standard memo conventions we have practiced in the course thus far, including appropriate headings and ABC format/structure.
