The COVID 19 pandemic forced organizations everywhere to adapt, meeting the moment with a mix of resilience and agility. The Global Medical community responded swiftly, and many initiatives were launched promising a path forward for containing COVID-19. Against all odds, scientists delivered coronavirus vaccines in record timeand teams then tried to ensure that the worlds most vulnerable populations had access to those shots.

Esri Canada is now offering VaccineInsights, a unique dataset from Environics Analytics with up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination, behavioral and trend data. VaccineInsights is ideal for governments and public health units as it helps locate under vaccinated populations and sheds light on the reasons behind COVID-19 vaccine confidence and vaccine hesitancy in Canada.

Esri Canada is growing rapidly and need to expand its work force. The plan is to access highly skilled specialized resources globally and have a 24*7 operation. Esri is also upgrading the technology platform for VaccineInsights so that it can be used by researchers, analysts and communicators to understand what populations are willing, unwilling or unsure about getting the vaccine and break down the motivations behind that behavior. This helps forecast and understand public and workforce vaccination adoption, inform public service announcement strategies and plan for return-to-work/work-from-home models.

Esri is in extended negotiations with various service providers and given the urgency of launch is revising its schedule baseline. The Project Director Shelly is planning on involving students from select institutions in this initiative as part of their Co-op. Therefore, students from MAN NZW/NAA/NBB are asked to convert the information given below into a schedule baseline in MS Project which will lead to creating the schedule baseline for VaccineInsights.
