Scenario 1: Mubarak developed a new medicine for Aids. He now entered in to contract with Al Qasim Pharma a sales company, who were granted the sole right to sell medicines manufactured by Mubarak. At the time of entering the contract both parties discussed various matters relating to the contract and finally concluded that, the total price of the medicines to be supplied would be RO 50,000, that the medicines should be collected by manager of the company on the first day of every week and the contract period is from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2021 and the price of the contract to be paid weekly depending on the medicine delivered. Company was not following the terms of contract and Mubarak is not happy with the act of the company. Advice Mubarak on the course of action available to him. Scenario 2: Saud has been employed for 3 years by a company that makes PVC windows. Saud is paid OMR 650 per month. Three months ago Saud's employer told him that he was having some new PVC cutting equipment installed and because no work could be done until the equipment was in place Saud was being laid off for 6 to 8 weeks. Last week Saud found out that he was the only one of 3 people laid off. Saud rang his employer yesterday to ask when he would be coming back to work. The employer told Saud that he had been made redundant three months ago because he couldn't afford his ORM 650 per month salary. He said that he had been able to recruit two new employees and pay them OMR 325 each which is the minimum wage. Advise Saud on the course of action he should take in this matter
