The operation Management Computer Lab at the PUPR has two student software statistical package assignment assistant. The students form a single line to wait for help from the computer laboratory assistant. The students are helped first come first served. On the average students arrive for help, following a triangular distribution (x1 = 5, y1 = 0).(x2 = 15, y2 = ?) minutes. Each computer laboratory assistant, on the average can help 1 student per 15 minute (add all the numbers in your student ID) minutes and the service rate follow an exponential distribution. Develop the arrival equation.
