Mate the assembly with the following conditions:

The post $(1)$ origin is coincident to the assembly origin.

The post $(1)$ and pivot $(2)$ components are concentric and flush with each other

The swivels $(3)$ are concentric and flush to the holes in the pivots $(2).$

The rivet $(4)$ is concentric and flush to both swivel $(3)$ components.
