Your deliverable is a case analysis that answers the questions listed below. Use APA standards for your paper (double-spaced, 1" margins, 11-point font) and limit it to 4 pages maximum. (A thorough analysis will be about 1500 words). Number your question responses, but do not rewrite the questions on your final submission. Name your file correctly.

As always, your work will be assessed based on the clarity of your responses, how well you support your conclusions with chapter information, the use of standard written English and following APA paper guidelines. Show What You Know!

(Hint: You can complete this assignment using whatever technique(s) works for you, but here is one idea. Read the chapter and sketch a little concept map "cheat sheet" for yourself that connects the major concepts. This will serve as a ready reference for you as you read the case. Then, read the case, making notes on your concept map (use a different color) where you see particular case instances of major chapter concepts. This then becomes the outline for your case analysis. Begin writing by reading the questions, one at a time, and reviewing your concept map for the corresponding section. Then you can refer back to whatever docs- chapter or case- that you need to in order to develop a cogent analysis and written response.)

The Questions

1. Identify several ethical dilemmas in decision-making that the conference leadership team faced and briefly explain, using chapter support, how they addressed them.

2. Identify several instances where alternative decision environments existed, being certain to explain what alternative decision environments are, according to your text.

3. Several decision-making models are explained in Chapter 9. In your analysis, what model(s) do you determine were used in this case? Was there more than one model used? If so, explain, providing relevant examples.

4. What are some heuristics and biases the leadership team encountered? How did they manage them?
