Problem 2 (p-chart) (5 points) - (1) Our Family Hospital surveys all outgoing patients by means of a patient satisfaction questionnaire. The number of patients surveyed each month varies. Construct a p-chart for the data in the sheet of Problem 2_Template which represents responses to a question on satisfaction with hospital meals. The p-chart should have an upper control limit, lower control limit, center line, and a connected line of plotted sample points (Note: use z = 3 for constructing the p-chart).
