Step $1$ of the strategy development process is to analyze the strategic position of an organization. Step $2$ is to consider strategic options. You should have successfully completed these steps already. Now, you will work on the implementation plan for your strategy.

Complete the following activities prior to developing your discussion response:

Execute the Unit $8$ Practice Quiz before developing your response to the discussion inquiry.

Conduct research using the same organization that you chose from the list provided by your instructor in the Unit $1$ Discussion Board.
