Assessment Tasks: Recently the COVID 19 Pandemic had a major impact on the business organisations. Therefore, businesses now need to focus on their growth and this is where technology-driven communication continues to play a fundamental role in achieving the goal of globalisation, this is mainly because technology remains an embodiment of skills and techniques, and its acquisition depends on communication. Taking note that the technology change is only accelerating, so through close examination of the various societal changes and organisational designs, businesses can catch a glimpse of what the future of workplace and employment have in store for them. Assume that you are a management consultant, and you are approached by a Tonga and an overseas business organisation to guide the board of directors to plan and prepare a report for the next three years to boost their operations. In your report you need to include the following: 1.
