SimProject Final Assignment - A Project Management Virtual Simulation (Note: Participation is required throughout the course so that you are prepared to write the final paper) Purpose: To help the students collectively coalesce the course's subject matter and lecture materials by actively participating in, and completing four simulated projects. The deliverables (product) of these projects will be Case Write Up. In addition to the case write ups, several Microsoft Project 2003/2007 reports will be generated by the project team to document the simulation processes used in the planning, execution and control of this project. This is a team assignment. This is a team assignment. Deadlines must be followed by the team and completed as scheduled. Students are responsible to complete this assignment both individually and as a team. As on a real project, team members should encourage each other.
