SIMULATION REFLECTIVE REPORT- INVENTORY BASICS

What strategy did you use in replenishment of Adjustable Wrench? Please discuss and refer to your simulation results.

This is a single-player exercise. Each player is responsible for managing inventories (stocks) at a small, franchised hardware store. There are 2 scenarios for 2 items kept at the store: wrenches and rock salt. Students play 1 scenario at a time over 12 simulated weeks. Each product has a different demand pattern, and students must decide how many subjects to order to meet the anticipated weekly demand.
