Simulation Task. Using the values specified in your individual Excel project workbook for the arrival rate, the service times for each type of service and the probability each service is required, simulate the processing of 450 customers at the Motor Tax Office, assuming that there is a single server. Treat a working day at the office as 8 hours but if your simulation arrival times exceed 8 hours you may ignore this fact for convenience. You should use minutes as the time unit, as specified in the project file, and all simulated times should be given in number format only (i.e. not in an hours, minutes, seconds format such as 01:24:30). You may assume Poisson arrivals and exponential service times for each type of service when generating simulated arrival times and service times. (See Important Notes below for more information.)
