Since the budgeting process is ongoing, we continue to seechanges in the process over time that leads to more costs. Like inmany organizations, we use the budgeting process to fuel incomesof the company and allow for us to manage expenditures andincomes in such a way that helps us achieve budgeting goals in myorganization. One of the main aspects of the process includesparticipation by anyone and everyone that if affected by the budget.With their input into the budgeting process, it gives the companymanagers a better understanding of the needs for the budget. Witha constantly changing environment, my organization looks for abudgeting process that works efficiently to help maximize the valueof the company and help them achieve their goals as best aspossible
