Sipro Plastics Sdn Bhd (SPSB) is a small and medium enterprise (SME), act as a vendor for Perodua which is specialized in manufacturing car accessories parts such as meter cluster. With 100 staffs includes administrative staff, the factory's space is constraint. The operations involve is injection moulding (semi and fully automated). SPSB may produce 100 to 10000 units of products per month. Meter cluster is wrapped with plastic before placed in boxes. Meter Cluster with scratch surface will be rejected by QC inspection. Trolley used to transfer the meter cluster from production lines to quality section while pallet jack used to move end product from quality section to logistic section and warehouse.
