In this week you have learnt project planning, resource and scheduling, task management and project

backlog. Then you have explored an example of project management based on MCC case study.

You also have explored that scrum has different tasks such as initial requirement analysis

$($identification of epics, backlog grooming$-$decomposition of epics to user stories$),$ preparation of

product roadmap, then within sprint $($planning$,$ design and implementation activities such as team

capacity estimation, task breakdown and implementation$).$

Different artefacts that are produced in scrum approaches are initial high level product backlog, product

backlog, product roadmap, sprint backlog, and the software product.

In this task, you will prepare a high level project plan based on Leckie$$s Choice $($LC$)$ case study.
