They would like to hold it at the restaurant and have a buffet and a bar tab of $600 on the 16th of March 2023 for 45 friends/family members. There will 8 children (2 will require highchairs) and 37 adults, 4 of them being over 70. Your task Purpose For this task, students must Identify purpose and scope of the event by discussing and clarifying the purpose of the event as well as the customer's specific needs and preferences to determine catering requirements. Role and participants Event coordinator The role of the event coordinator is to plan and prepare catering proposals and operational plans that meet the client's needs and preferences. The event coordinator is responsible to ensure that the event runs smoothly and efficiently following pre-planned activities. They must communicate with the front of house and the kitchen when preparing for an event. Client Your trainer will act as the husband/wife of the person turning 50 and will provide instructions on what the catering requirements will be (refer to additional scenario)
