Situation:

The operation Management Computer Lab at the PUPR has one lab assistant. The students form a single line to wait for help from the computer laboratory assistant. The students are helped first come, first served. On average students arrive for helo, following a triangular distribution $(4,0),(8,Y)$ minutes. Each computer laboratory assistant, on the average can help $1$ student per $10$ minutes and the service rate follow an exponential distribution.

Construct a table using the Monte Carlo simulation method and simulate for $15$ students:

a$.$ Determine and write the random numbers.

b$.$ Construct a table for the arrivals and service times.

c$.$ Run the hand simulation.

d$.$ Calculate the average utilization rate or traffic intensity $(p)$

e$.$ The average time $($W$)$ a student is in the system.

f$.$ The average time $($Wq$)$ a student is in line waiting for service.
