with the end-points for each bin such that all the following properties hold:

(a) All bins have a length of 10 and the left boundary of the first bin is 15.

(b) There are 20 observations in the dataset.

(c) More than half the observations have a value larger than 50.

(d) The smallest value in the dataset is 20.

(e) The largest value in the dataset is 70.

(f) None of the bins are empty (with a bar at frequency 0).
